Semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressor
At present, semi-hermetic piston compressors are mostly used in cold storage and refrigeration markets (commercial refrigeration and air conditioners are also useful, but they are relatively less used now). Semi-hermetic piston cold storage compressors are generally driven by four-pole motors, and their rated power is generally between 60-600KW. The number of cylinders is 2--8, up to 12.
Advantage:
1. Simple structure and mature manufacturing technology;
2. The requirements for processing materials and processing technology are relatively low;
3. It is easy to achieve high compression ratio, so it has strong adaptability and can be used in a very wide pressure range;
4. The device system is relatively simple and can be applied to a wide range of pressure and cooling capacity requirements.
Shortcoming:
1. Large and heavy in shape;
2. Large noise and vibration;
3. Difficult to achieve high speed;
4. Large gas pulsation;
5. Many wearing parts and inconvenient maintenance
Scroll refrigeration compressor:
Scroll refrigeration compressors are currently mainly in a fully enclosed structure, and are mainly used in air conditioners (heat pumps), heat pump hot water, refrigeration and other fields. The supporting downstream products include: household air conditioners, multi-split units, modular units, small water-to-ground source heat pumps, etc. At present, there are manufacturers of scroll refrigeration compressors that can achieve 20~30HP per unit.
Advantage:
1. There is no reciprocating mechanism, so the structure is simple, small in size, light in weight, less in parts (especially less in wearing parts), and high in reliability;
2. Small torque change, high balance, small vibration, stable operation, and small vibration of the whole machine;
3. It has high efficiency and frequency conversion speed regulation technology within the range of cooling capacity it adapts to;
4. The scroll compressor has no clearance volume and can maintain high volumetric efficiency operation
4. Low noise, good stability, high safety, relatively not easy to liquid shock.
Screw refrigeration compressor:
Screw compressors can be divided into single-screw compressors and twin-screw compressors. It is now widely used in refrigeration equipment such as refrigeration, HVAC and chemical technology. The input power range has been developed to 8--1000KW, its research and development fields are very extensive, and its performance optimization potential is great.
Advantage:
1. Fewer components, less wearing parts, high reliability, stable and safe operation, and low vibration;
2. The efficiency of partial load is high, it is not easy to appear liquid shock, and it is not sensitive to liquid shock;
3. It has the characteristics of forced gas transmission and strong adaptability to working conditions;
4. It can be adjusted steplessly.
Shortcoming:
1. The price is expensive, and the machining accuracy of the body parts is high;
2. The noise of the compressor is high when it is running;
3. Screw compressors can only be used in medium and low pressure ranges, and cannot be used in high pressure occasions;
4. Due to the large amount of fuel injection and the complexity of the oil treatment system, the unit has many ancillary equipment.
